This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you open a page, Vercel automatically processes technical access data that your browser sends (for example IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and is not combined with other data sources.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregated visitor numbers and page views. It works without cookies and without identifiers stored on your device; visitors are not tracked across websites.

If you click "Accept" in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It helps us understand how many people visit our website, which pages they view, how they found us, and whether they contact us (for example that the contact form was sent successfully or that an e-mail link was clicked). We do not send your name, e-mail address, phone number or message content to Google.

Google Analytics processes, among other things, your shortened IP address, device and browser information and the pages you visit, and sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to recognise repeat visits. Data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics (at most 14 months). A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you click "Decline", Google Analytics is not loaded and no Google cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the button at the end of this page.

When you use the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The form is delivered through Formspree, Inc. (USA), which forwards the message to us by e-mail.

When you write to us by e-mail, we process the data you send us for the same purpose. We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and as long as legal retention duties require.

Our Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps links are plain links. No content from these services is embedded and no data is sent to them unless you click a link; after that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

We store your cookie choice ("accepted" or "declined") in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again on every visit. Apart from that, cookies are only set by Google Analytics and only after your consent.

Some of the providers named above are based in the USA (Vercel, Formspree, Google). Where applicable, these transfers rely on the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We process personal data to answer your enquiries and to take steps towards a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and for Google Analytics on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Depending on where you are, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Kosovo Law on the Protection of Personal Data apply as well.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@trikend.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in Kosovo the Information and Privacy Agency.
